How you can do good to feel good

Help For Heroes: The Dawn Raid 100

For a Herculean challenge for Help for Heroes, try the Dawn Raid 100 – a night ride from Portsmouth to London that’s 100 miles long. Set off from one of naval history’s greatest battleships, HMS Victory in Portsmouth and peddle your way to the finish line at London’s Imperial War Museum – all before breakfast! Along the way, you’ll stop off at the RAF Odiham, as well as following in the tracks of Olympic greats as you hit the famous Box Hill trail in Surrey. The Hero Ride is all about team work, so whether your wheels (and legs!) are a little rusty, or you’re Bradley Wiggins in the making, take part in one of the greatest cycle events of the year and speed over the finish line together.
