As a runner it can be so frustrating when you train and train, running mile after mile, but never really improve. But, with a few easy tweaks, you could be on the road to success!

1. Make every session count

You don’t need to train harder to reach your goals, just smarter. Coach Nina Anderson suggests: ‘That for every session you do, you should ask yourself how will it take you a step towards your goal. If you can’t answer that then you may want to check it’s the right session to do.’
