We Heart Living – FitBit Charge

Best for getting healthy

The FitBit Charge (£99.99, fitbit.com) fits into your life seamlessly. It’s so comfortable to wear that you’ll often forget you even have it on, and I loved being able to check out my activity through the day, whenever and wherever. I was also really impressed by the long battery life, it felt like I never had to charge it and could just get on with life, letting it do its work. The FitBit dashboard allows you to track everything from your active minutes to calories burned – even how well you’d slept the night before. I was really surprised by some of the stats generated for something that seems so basic, and it definitely motivated me to make some changes.

Key features: tracks steps, distance, calories burned, floors climbed and active minutes. Caller ID, watch, long battery life, auto-sleep and alarms, wireless syncing.

Why we love it: those stats will get you motivated to move more, eat right and sleep better.
