Laura wasn’t always a runner, in fact for a long time she was pretty committed to her sofa
If you’re looking for someone to help you get up and go on your run then these are the 5 runners you have to follow!
Healthy inspiration is everywhere on the internet these days, type ‘fitness’ or ‘health’ in your search engine and you’ll find page after page of blogs, websites and Twitter feeds. However, not all healthy inspiration is built the same, and when it comes to running these are the pavement pounders who get us up and out there.
1. Muireanne Carey-Campbell (aka Bangs & a Bun) is one badass runner who’s out to get you to shake things up and make some changes in your life. When she started out Muireanne hated running, but by keeping at it, and pushing through the soul-sucking hatred (her words not ours!) she reached a place of peace and joy. Muireanne is you, and she’s there to help you get through even the worst day. With two blogs, Bangs & a Bun and the running orientated Spikes & Heels, which are packed with inspiration, stories and personal reflections you’re bound to find something to get you fired up or push you out of your funk. We love to listen to her podcasts when we need a little life advice and her 5.30am running shots on Instagram are one of our favourite ways to motivate ourselves to get out of bed and running!
