The Thames Valley Spring Half Marathon is one of the UK’s flattest half-marathon courses, so you should definitely consider taking part if you’re after that all-important PB. You’ll be running on smooth roads and paths for the duration of the race as you do 4.5 loops of the scenic Dorney Lake. If you’re preparing for the London Marathon, then running a half marathon such as this one would definitely benefit you, increasing your confidence as the big day approaches.
