Low-fat yoghurt
Yoghurt is a rich source of protein, calcium and offers a multitude of other health benefits. It also fills you up to stop those nagging hunger pangs and apparently it can even give you fresher breath.
Probiotics aka ‘friendly bacteria’ is a term that pops up with yogurt products, as there is scientific evidence these friendly little fellas can promote better digestive health.
Don’t go reaching for the yoghurts with the little chocolatey add-ons just yet though, as plain yoghurt or ones with natural sweeteners and no artificial ingredients are what you should be eating.
