Race for Life has to be one of the most accessible race series in the UK, with around 170 5K events in 2015 there’s bound to be an event near you! Five kilometres is a really accessible distance and with tonnes of resources, tips and plans on their website, Race for Life makes these events a great choice if you’re looking for your very first race.
