Why: Alice doesn’t have the nickname ‘Queen of Savage’ for no reason – when you turn up to one of her classes, expect to grind it out from start to finish. Although she’s known for intense workouts and her ability to push you to your max, Alice’s supportive method of coaching means she’s way more motivational than scary! She is also the co-founder of Burn Strength Yoga, a unique concept that combines fitness, strength training and yoga in one session.
‘In order to believe in yourself, better yourself or make changes you have to go to a place you haven’t been before, which is NOT comfortable,’ Alice says. ‘The worse you feel in my class, the better you will feel after. Expect results and expect change.’
