If you’re after a new treat for breakfast then why not try Lowri’s delicious sunflower seed breakfast loaf.

Makes: 5 servings
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 40 minutes

Taken from her best-selling The S Factor Diet: The Happiest Way To Lose Weight, it only takes about 10 minutes to make – as it’s gluten-free there’s no need for ‘proving’ the mix. The egg white and cottage cheese make it a really protein-rich recipe that will keep you full all the way to lunch, we promise! It also makes a tasty post-workout protein hit after a gruelling workout. What a treat! You can even slice and freeze the loaf for those busy on-the-go mornings.

As Lowri explains, this is a really great way to beat those must-eat-a-whole-loaf moments: ‘I love bread, but it can be a slippery slope to a sugar binge. One slice is never enough. This cottage cheese, soya flour and egg white loaf (honestly, it tastes good) is now one of my favourite recipes.’
