In association with TOTAL Greek Yoghurt
Greek yoghurt is delicious and creamy, and feels like a real treat, but did you know that there’s a difference between greek yoghurt & greek-style?
It takes four litres of milk to make just one litre of TOTAL Greek Yoghurt, and thanks to this unique straining process, it contains double the amount of protein of normal yoghurt, making it perfect for refuelling after a workout.
TOTAL Greek Yoghurt actually contains more protein than any yoghurt in the UK, and it is the most popular yoghurt in Greece too! Made in Athens, TOTAL Greek Yoghurt contains just two ingredients – milk and live yoghurt cultures – unlike Greek-style yoghurts, none of which are made in Greece and some of which can use additives like thickeners and preservatives to try to achieve the creamy texture and taste.
So next time you hit the shops, stock up on TOTAL Greek Yoghurt, not Greek-style. It’s additive-free and with no added sugar (only the naturally occurring sugars found in milk) it’s a great choice after a workout to help your muscles repair and recover. We love this tasty Apricot Power Smoothie for a post-workout snack.
