2 bananas
2 free-range eggs
2tbsp peanut butter
1 punnet of blueberries (washed)
200g of probiotic yogurt
1tbsp of cacao nibs
1tbsp of mixed seeds
Method Blend the 2 bananas, 2 free-range eggs and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter until it forms a smooth batter.
Pour 3 tablespoons of batter into a moderate heated pan.
Cook for 30 seconds then turn the pancake over and cook for another 30 seconds.
Serve hot with yoghurt, blueberries, mixed seeds and cacao nibs.
