Mango Lassi

Ingredients
50ml Belvedere Mango Passion
250g plain yoghurt
90ml chilled coconut milk
3 pieces ripe fresh mango
Dash simple syrup
1-2 cardamom pods
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve in an old-fashioned milkshake glass or an elegant highball. Garnish with a cardamom pod.
