7. Get to sleep by 10:30pm
Your body goes into rest and repair between 10:30pm and 2:30am each night. So if you are awake during these times you are playing havoc with your sleep wake cycle and making yourself fatter. See after 10:30pm you start releasing a stress hormone called cortisol, which lowers your testosterone levels and makes you fatter. So get off the PC and get to bed early!
