Ok we all live very busy lives and try to leave time for those longer workouts – but soon find that we are too tired and are heading home and skipping our workouts. So why don’t you break your workouts down into shorter more intense sessions?
So before heading off to work snap out a Tabata style workout and do 8 rounds of 20 secs of squats followed by 10 seconds’ rest. Then in the evening do an upper body exercise instead like push-ups but do 8 rounds of 20 secs on with 10 secs’ rest.
Try doing this 3-4 times a week and you will notice a difference to your fitness and waistline!
