2. Do weights before doing cardio
Try to do a hard weights session first before going for the easier option and doing cardio. That way you will create a far better post-workout metabolic afterburn and burn off more calories. Plus doing weights beforehand you will have far great co-contraction of muscles and co-ordination will be better – thus being able to focus more and lift more weight.
