1. It’s the best stress reliever we know! Big day? Bad day? Get those endorphins pumping – it’ll work wonders.
2. We love cake! Yup that’s right we love the stuff. Carrot, chocolate, red velvet, you name it, we crave it! But we don’t love a muffin top, so we’re willing to sweat for our treats.
3. It gives us great butts! Did you ever see a girl with a great butt who didn’t work out? Nah, us neither.
4. We love trying new things! From hula hoops to Doga or taking on an epic cycle – and everything in between – working up a sweat is a great way to expand your horizons and try new things.
5. It means we can legitimately wear crazy leggings outside the house. From leopard print to geometric patterns and mesh cut-outs we love a sexy, funky legging. And heading to yoga class, pounding the pavement or swinging that kettlebell gives us a great excuse to prance around in them.
