3. Parkour
We’ve all had dreams of being pro gymnasts, right? Parkour, dubbed as ‘the art of movement,’ is a great way to experience aspects of gymnastics in a less hardcore environment. Loads of sports utilise the whole body, but Parkour will get you dotting and dashing about in ways that will certainly challenge new muscle groups. ‘Parkout is about movement, getting in touch with and developing your body’s capabilities to move in really fun and satisfying ways,’ says Naomi Honey, a female coach at Parkour Generations. ‘It’s also so playful and challenging that it never feels like a grind, and will help you appreciate your body on a whole new level.’
