7. Getting up late
Getting up late is a sure-fire way to throw off your whole morning. You’ll feel behind from the off and trying to rush your way through the morning commute is never pretty. Instead try getting up half an hour earlier, have a relaxed breakfast and leave the house in plenty of time. You won’t believe the difference it makes. If you can get up even earlier you could pop to the gym, go for a walk or do a few chores. Knocking a few things off your to-do list before the day has even started is a great feeling.
