Flailing around your bedroom attempting to locate socks, pants and the right bra to go with that new top you hung up somewhere last night is a sure-fire way to ruin your morning. Never mind trying to decide between the smart black dress or the trousers and shirt combo. The less thinking you have to do in the morning the smoother it tends to go. Take 10 minutes out of your evening to get everything in place for the next morning – find and hang up your outfit; pack any important documents; make and pack your lunch; leave your keys somewhere you can find them; put your phone on charge.
