For a more structured active break, GI Jane Bootcamp delivers. Bring out your inner ninja on the three-, four- and seven-day programme in Kent that aims to get you fit, lose weight and improve your mental strength. Working out in a small group of all females, you’ll be able to work on other areas of life as well as focusing on your individual goals. A schedule including various activities from treks and Ironman drills to netball will test your limits, making sure your body’s working at its optimum level. You’ll be able to enjoy balanced and nutritious food without being restricted to juice or no-carb diets. Time to let loose and be the kick-ass heroine you were born to be!
