Chia breakfast bowl recipe

Give your energy a boost first thing in the morning with this fruity chia breakfast bowl recipe from greenevi.com

If smoothies don’t really do it for you, try something slightly more substantial, like this breakfast bowl. How can something so healthy be so tasty, too? We don’t know, but we’re glad Green Evi came up with it.

Serves 2

Ingredients

1 tbsp chia seeds

4 tbsp oat

1 cup of almond milk

1 banana

1 handful of raspberry

1 tsp of bee pollen

Method

1. Place the chia seeds and the oats with the almond milk in a bowl or jar and stir them well together. Cover the bowl and store it in the fridge overnight or at least a few hours.

2. Once the mixture has softened down, take it out from the fridge. At this point you can just simply add the raspberries and bite-sized bananas, or you can blend them quickly and use the smoothie for your mixture. You can also sweeten it with some honey or bee pollen. Enjoy!
