New fitness boutique: Another Space

The brains behind it is Colin Waggett, founder of spinning success story, Psycle and CEO of Third Space. With two majorly successful names in the fitness industry under his belt, you might wonder why Colin decided to launch a completely new brand and model. ‘We conducted intensive research into consumer behaviour and identified that many people are lacking variety by solely participating in single studio classes’, he says. ‘Results can plateau and motivation can wane. These customers are fitness savvy and know that they need variety in their training.’

In response to the research, Another Space offers the three most popular class styles: HIIT, spin and yoga. All three classes are specifically designed to complement one another, providing a well-rounded, results-driven fitness experience. Even the class instructors have been carefully selected – a process that took 12 months. The team includes choreographer and creative director, SJ Aboboto (who has toured with the likes of Gwen Stefani and Kanye West) and top London DJ and yoga instructor Jessica Skye.

Backed by the expertise from both a traditional health club and boutique studio without the hefty membership or contract costs, the studio allows guests a luxury yet affordable experience. As well as boasting a central location in Seven Dials Covent Garden, Another Space also houses a food area that stocks Natural Fitness Food and The Detox Kitchen, plus luxury toiletries from Cowshed.
