You heard right! Get your FREE HIIT/yoga class with T2 x Another Space, who’ve created MoTeaVation to stop the January blues from getting you down.
Contemporary tea specialist, T2, has teamed up with Covent Garden-based fitness studio, Another Space, to create a unique wellness programme in celebration of T2’s new range of feel-good ‘Glow’ teas. Its MoTeaVation campaign is all about giving yourself a little boost at the times of day when you may need it the most. When you would usually take a much-needed tea break, instead you’ll take part in yoga or HIIT training to lift your spirits.
Get the glow
T2’s new ‘Glow’ range has been designed to reinvigorate you throughout the day. In the morning, the energising Get Up & Glow blend, which contains guarana and dandelion route with berry flavours and cocoa, will set you up for the day ahead. If you’re in need of a little TLC, the Blueberry Blaze blend, which contains antioxidant boosting blueberries, sage and gen mai cha, is a hug in a mug. Last but not least, the Fresh Start blend is full of healthy goodness, containing peppermint, eucalyptus and dandelion.

MoTeaVation moments
The MoTeaVation campaign has been inspired by T2’s ‘Glow’ range by creating a variety of workouts designed to have the same effect as the tea. The programme consists of five workouts to target five specific moments in your daily routine: Waking up, a morning yoga moment to start the day; “Elevenses”, a HIIT training moment to keep you going; The mid-afternoon slump, A HIIT moment to raise your energy levels; Post-work, a HIIT moment to relieve your daily stress; and Pre-bed, a yoga moment to help you unwind before going to bed. These simple exercises will invigorate and calm in all the right places – and, best of all, have a positive effect on your day.
Take part
T2 and Another Space are releasing the MoTeaVation programme today with a series of videos, so anyone can incorporate the exercises into their daily routine and follow the programme. The release of the innovative programme on Blue Monday, statistically the most depressing day of the day, is a fantastic way to show that there’s a silver lining to every cloud. Even when you’re feeling down, enjoying a relaxing cup of tea or sweating out all of your stress with some HIIT training are both fantastic ways to turn that frown upside down!
