Calling all fitness fans! Have your yoga mats at the ready because this July, sportswear sensation Lululemon will be bringing us the ultimate summer fitness festival.

Sweatlife, which will be held at east London’s Tobacco Dock, will take place on Saturday 30 July and the unmissable line-up of health, fitness and wellbeing activities is every fitness fanatic’s dream come true. Who doesn’t want to spend their Saturday listening to inspiring stories while showing off their best downward dog? Get ready to get involved in a whole day dedicated to sweat, mindful development and building epic relationships – not to mention a terrific after party to boot.

Uplifting yoga and fitness classes will be scattered throughout the day, led by Lululemon’s global ambassadors Gloria Latham and Chris Chaves. If you want more, there’ll also be workshops and classes from the brand’s UK store ambassadors. Expect to see some of your favourite fitness studios make an appearance, too, from Core Collective and Frame to F45 and Kobox. There really is something for everyone.

If working up a sweat and getting zen along the river isn’t enough for you, make sure you catch some of the guest speakers on the day, too. Echoing Lululemon’s unique mission statement, the workshops emphasise the importance of ‘creating components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives.’ We couldn’t be more on board. Our picks? We reckon The School of Life and Higher Selfie are not to be missed, both of which will take centre stage to boost your wellbeing.

Soaking up endless amounts of inspiring thought can be tiring, but Sweatlife has you covered with their amazing street food offerings. An array of vendors like Grind, Press and Neat Nutrition will be offering all sorts of healthy refreshments for you to tickle your tastebuds with.

But wait, there’s more! There’ll also be a curated Sweatlife market, which will include top beauty treatments such as skincare from Pai, wet shaves for guys and a festival braid bar. Anyone looking to get their hands on some of the latest fitness kit will also be able to shop to their heart’s content in the pop-up Lululemon store.

Finally, did someone say party? At this fitness festival, the fun doesn’t have to end when the sun goes down – that’s only the beginning! The good vibes truly run well into the night thanks to the high-voltage dance party where the legendary DJ Grandmaster Flash will be keeping you on your feet. It’s the perfect place to let your hair down and feed your soul by surrounding yourself with like-minded people with a passion for positivity, health and wellbeing.
