Feeling thirsty? This week, fruity, low-calorie soft drink Zeo launches a dry bar in London that will offer up a healthy and tasty alternative to water and loads of entertainment to commuters and passers-by for the next six weeks. Zeo encourages you to broaden your mind with their new drink and, quite literally, #cheatonwater!

The dry bar pop-up at Old Street tube station will have fitness, wellness and nutritional experts on hand to answer any and all questions you might have – or you could just pop down try some Zeo samples or check out one of the classes on offer.

Get healthy

Do you prefer burpees over Bellinis? If swapping a bed-ridden hangover for an hour on the yoga mat sounds like your style, then we definitely urge you to check out the dry bar. Where else can you find a free programme of fitness, colouring-in sessions (all the rage!), fashion pop-ups, yoga, nutrition workshops and dance classes? Throw in a helping of live DJs and it’s the ultimate way to unwind.

Big brands

From Style Sportif to Fat Buddha Yoga and Voga, there are a bunch of big names set to make an appearance over the six-week event. Ruby Warrington, founder of The Numinous online magazine, will be hosting a ‘Sober Curious’ workshop where she’ll talk about her life as a former party girl who embraced sobriety to change her life forever.

Drinks on us

Zeo’s new no added sugar range will be served for free to visitors and thirsty commuters. The low-calorie soft drink contains 75% spring water, fruit juice and botanicals and is sweetened with natural stevia. There are a bunch of different flavours on offer, so you’ll definitely find something you’ll enjoy – plus, who can say no to a free drink?

If you want to check out the dry bar, head over to Zeo’s social channels @DrinkZeo where they’ll be posting info and updates over the next six weeks on how to book free tickets to events and classes. See you there!
