Some of us just aren’t serious enough about running to set aside time each week to train for a race or even follow a training plan. What if we just like going on casual runs, fusing fun with fitness and hanging out with our buddies while working out? There’s nothing wrong with that, and there’s even an event that encapsulates that entire ethos – and then some.

The Color Run – which takes place across various UK locations – is a 5k designed to promote healthiness, happiness, individuality and giving back. Thousands of participants come together, wearing white at the start line before taking on an un-timed run – so there’s no pressure to finish within a certain amount of time. By the end of it, you’ll be covered in every colour of the rainbow, and we can guarantee you’ll be wearing a smile, too.

We’ve teamed up with The Color Run to offer you and three of your mates the chance to take part in this year’s London run, which will be on 7th June at Wembley Park.
