While fresh turmeric is great, we want to keep this as easy and doable as possible for you, but if you opt to juice fresh turmeric, the equivalent of about half a finger should be plenty. If you have digestive issues, use less cayenne pepper; if you have a higher tolerance and really want to boost your metabolism, you can add a bit more!
Ingredients (serves 1)
Juice of ½ orange
Juice of ¼ lemon
Pinch ground turmeric
Pinch of cayenne pepper
