Headstand
This pose is a great rejuvenator which can be done anywhere, anytime. It brings a new flow of blood to the brain and gives you an instant kick – a bit like an espresso shot! If you’re a beginner, keep your toes on the floor and gradually work them into your body and lift them off the ground at a pace that works for you.
