Very peachy smoothie

This grab-and-go very peachy smoothie is a must-try.

Bananas, strawberries and peach make for a fruity feast you’ll love. Easy to whip up – just throw everything in and blend – and great for keeping your energy up on the go, this tasty smoothie is a favourtie in the WHL office.

Ingredients (serves 1):

200ml almond milk

1 frozen ripe banana

1 peach

Handful of strawberries

1tbsp Udo’s Ultimate Oil Blend

3 ice cubes

Method:

Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth.
