Get stuck into that five a day with this fruit-packed smoothie. Cardamom, ginger and and cinnamon give this easy peasy brekkie or snack a great little kick, and the honey adds just enough sweetness. Enjoy!
Ingredients (servings 1):
1 banana
Glass of soy milk or cow’s milk
2tbsp Barleycup with Dandelion
1tbsp honey
A pinch of cardamom
A pinch of ginger
A pinch of cinnamon
1tbsp goji berries
Method:
Place all ingredients in the blender and mix until a smooth mass is obtained.
Pour the shake into a tall glass and add goji berries on top.
