Now that it is full-on winter we like the idea of doing our favourite workout in a nice warm studio. Bring on the sweat! Exercising in high temperatures is extremely beneficial to your body. Firstly, sweating will detoxify your skin and flush out impurities. And the heat will also warm your muscles and elevate your heart rate, ensuring you get the most out of your workout. Below are five of the best heated workouts, so all you have to do is pick your favourite and turn up. TIP: remember to arrive fully hydrated so you can fully embrace heat.
