For a precious extra 15 minutes in bed, make this easy overnight oats recipe the day before. Enjoy chilled for a summery take on traditional porridge.
Ingredients (serves 1)
15g rolled oats
60ml Alpro Oat Original drink
50g Alpro Simply Plain plant-based alternative to yoghurt
ΒΌ banana
Pinch of salt
Pinch of cinnamon
Handful of fresh berries (plus extra to garnish)
10g flaked almonds, to garnish
Method
Mix all of the ingredients except the almonds together in a bowl.
Place in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, top with the flaked almonds and a few extra berries.
