Barleycup with mango

Need something to keep you going through busy days? This Barleycup with mango is the perfect way to fill you up when you’re on the go. Yum.

Servings: 1


200ml almond milk or cow’s milk

1tbsp Barleycup

Half ripe mango

1 banana

1 spoon dried mango (flakes)

Mint leaf


Pour milk into a mixer. Add Barleycup, half a mango and a banana. Blend it all until you obtain a smooth mass and pour into a tall glass. Decorate the top of the mix with dried mango flakes and a mint leaf.
