Ingredients:
200ml almond milk or cow’s milk
1tbsp Barleycup
Half ripe mango
1 banana
1 spoon dried mango (flakes)
Mint leaf
Method:
Pour milk into a mixer. Add Barleycup, half a mango and a banana. Blend it all until you obtain a smooth mass and pour into a tall glass. Decorate the top of the mix with dried mango flakes and a mint leaf.
