Banana and Barleycup shake

Need a speedy breakfast that will keep you going all morning long? This simple banana and Barleycup shake is the perfect way to start your day! Tuck in.

Ingredients:

1 banana

Glass of soy milk or cow’s milk

2tbsp Barleycup with Dandelion

1tsp honey

A pinch of cardamom

A pinch of ginger

A pinch of cinnamon

Method:

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until a smooth mass is obtained.
