Personal training is a great way to achieve your specific goals, ensuring you are training safely and effectively. But it can be pricey. Opting to train with a partner or in a small group can reduce these costs and make it more fun. This is perfect for friends with similar goals, whether that be weight loss or toning, but good personal trainers can tailor sessions to suit most people.
When searching for a PT, make sure you do your research: ask around for recommendations, find out about their qualifications and specialisations and even ask to see some of their client transformations.
