Boxing

The ultimate partner workout, boxing isn’t about lonely jabbing away at a punch bag. A very sociable sport, most classes are run so that you have a partner who you spar against, working on combinations and blocking their punches. Once you’ve picked up the technique and a few moves, you don’t even need to shell out for classes, just buy gloves and pads and, hey presto, you and your friend can take part in high calorie-burning exercise in your living room.
