Aerial training

From aerial hoop to aerial silks, 2017 will be all about hanging upside-down. Aerial hoop uses a circular steel ring that provides a frame for acrobatic moves. It provides a platform for an endless combination of transitions and fluid movements. While aerial silks involves two lengths of fabric rigged from the ceiling; starting off with a variety of climbs to build your strength, the moves progress into wrapping and manoeuvring your body around (and upside -own) to pull off some Instagram-worthy moves. Flying Fantastic offers a range of adventurous aerial classes.
