Ingredients (makes 2 servings)
4 pears
2 apples
A chunk of ginger
1tsp cinnamon
Method
Simply juice the pears, apples and ginger.
Warm the juiced fruit gently in a saucepan and stir in a teaspoon of cinnamon.
