Upgrade your daily hydration hit by infusing your water with a selection of fruity flavours! You’ll be feeding your body with essential vitamins, keeping hydration levels tip top and getting a delicious drink to boot.

Lime and lemon
It’s the classic combo that never gets old! Their citrus taste will give you a real refreshing zing of sweetness. Plus they’re both packed with antioxidants and are high in vitamins C, B6 and potassium. Try drinking this combo first thing in the morning with either hot or cold water to detoxify the body.

Make it:
With hot water: one slice of lemon, one slice of lime
With cold water: two slices of lemon, two slices of lime

 

Strawberry
Great for boosting immunity and regulating blood sugar levels by slowing digestion, they’re another great ingredient to pop in your water. Add a handful of fresh, sliced strawberries to your next drink for happy hydration.

Make it:
5-6 sliced and hulled strawberries

 

Lemon, cucumber and mint
A refreshing combination of citrus, calming greens and mint, this tasty fusion is sure to get your taste buds tingling. Cucumber is known for its hydrating properties, its ability to aid weight loss and its skin boosting minerals. As well as being full of flavour, mint can also aid digestion and help to relieve headaches.

Make it:
2 slices of lemon
2 slices of lemon
A handful of mint leaves

 

Orange and pineapple
The sun may still be in hiding, but you can still enjoy the flavours of a tropical summer with and mix of orange and pineapple chunks. Pineapple is high in manganese while oranges are a plentiful source of vitamins B and A. Plus they are both high in vitamin C! So mix these little beauties together for a real nutritional hit!

Make it:
2 slices of orange
3 chunks of pineapple
