This is perfect for a nutritious and filling breakfast on the go. You can prepare everything the evening before and simply blitz together in the morning. Breakfast done in less than 30 seconds!
Ingredients
40g muesli
Handful of fresh berries
200g yoghurt
Method
Add all the ingredients to your nutri blender. You may want to add a little honey if you prefer your smoothies sweeter. Leave in the fridge overnight and blitz the ingredients together the following morning.
