Breakfast yoghurt
Whether you prefer coconut, soya or natural yoghurt at breakfast, this recipe is so simple and can easily be made the night before.
Ingredients
200g yoghurt
Handful of mixed fresh berries
Sprinkling of dried fruit, nut and seed yoghurt topping
Method
In a glass layer the fresh berries and yoghurt. You may like to add a little honey if you prefer your breakfast sweeter. Sprinkle the nut and seed topping over the yoghurt and leave in the fridge overnight ready to enjoy in the morning.
