Before quitting gluten, my cupboards used to be stocked full of wheat pasta. Dried spaghetti keeps well for an age and is such a brilliant go-to food when you need to make a quick meal. My replacement these days is brown rice pasta, which offers the same simplicity without giving you that sluggish, lethargic feeling.
