The new wave of breakfast cereals

It’s Kellogg’s!

The new Ancient Grains range includes Muesli, Granola and Cereal that contain either rye, spelt or quinoa. The “Ancient” part refers to the fact that the grains were a popular source of energy and nutrients in ancient times, but let’s face it: we don’t need to watch the Cleopatra advert to know how great the ingredients are. Quinoa is a prime source of protein, while rye and spelt are rich in fibre and B vitamins. The cereals also contain healthy berries and nutritious seeds like chia and flax for a well-rounded breakfast bowl. And guess what! It won’t cost you “an arm and a leg” like a health food shop version would! Is Cleopatra the new Tony the Tiger?
