Next up is Kelly Pfeiffer’s cookbook-slash-general-guide to incorporating superfoods in your everyday meals. Let’s face it, quinoa, chickpeas and kale always make it onto our shopping list but we’re not always sure what to do with them once they’re in our kitchen. This cookbook opened our eyes to the easiest and simplest of recipes and they were as scrumptious as they were super-healthy. The Garlic-Roasted Kale Chips and Quinoa, Corn and Blackbean Quesadillas are WHL winners. Oh, and let’s not forget Kale and Cauliflower Crustless Quiche – the name’s a tongue-twister but it’ll tantalise your taste buds for sure.
