We Heart Living - The 5 cookbooks you need in your life

Inspiralized

First up is Ali Maffucii’s truly inspiring (sorry, but it is!) Inspiralized cookbook. If you thought the spiralizing craze was just about replacing pasta, think again. This book is packed full of delectable recipes that use the trending kitchen appliance to cook veg in loads of exciting ways. Spicy sweet potato strings? Half an hour and you have yourself some yummy roasted snacks – perfect for sharing. Fancy a rice-style dish instead? Try your hand at this unique twist on the Korean classic Pork Bibimbap with Ginger Gochugaru (your rice replacement is a delicious mix of radish, ginger, garlic and spring onions). And for those with a sweet tooth, go wild with the dessert section: the Apple and Pear Ricotta Parfaits with Pistachios and Chocolate Chip Sweet potato Muffins are our absolute favourites.
