Sweet cherry blast recipe

This sweet cherry blast recipe, courtesy of Nutribullet, is a great pre-bedtime drink that can help to tackle insomnia. Cherries are high in melatonin, which helps to control your sleep cycles, while bananas contain high levels of the calming mineral magnesium, and honey has been used for years as a natural sleep aid.

Ingredients (serves 1)

½ banana

220g cherries

1tbsp honey

¼tsp nutmeg

Almond milk (to fill to the max line)

Method

Add all ingredients into your Nutribullet Tall Cup and extract for 35 seconds, or until smooth. Enjoy!
