These amazing Mega Seed Grenades by Susan Jane White author of The Extra Virgin Kitchen are the perfect weekend treat or handy handbag snack. They’re packed with goodness and are deliciously tasty!
Mega Seed Grenades
Makes 30
2 cups Linwoods Milled Organic Sunflower & Pumpkin Seeds
3tbsp Linwoods Whole Sun-dried Goji Berries
½ cup ground almonds
½ cup tahini
2tbsp carob powder
3tbsp raw cacao nibs (optional)
Pinch of sea salt flakes
1 cup finely chopped raisins
½ cup maple syrup
3tbsp desiccated coconut
Blitz all the ingredients together in a food processor, just long enough for the mixture to start clumping.
Between your palms, roll the dough into golf ball size treats. Once chilled, they will firm up.
Coat in desiccated coconut if you have some, although they are just as good without.
Mega Seed Grenades keep for 3 weeks in the fridge, 3 months in the freezer, or 3 seconds in your hands!
