Stuffed Medjool dates

If you need a healthy new snack idea, try this stuffed Medjool dates with sunflower seed butter recipe. These sweet and salty nibbles are gluten-free and dairy-free and are such a novelty they’ll totally impress any dinner guests.
Ingredients (serves 10)

1 pack Medjool dates
5tsp Meridian sunflower seed butter
1 pack Parma ham

With a sharp knife, slit down the side of each date and carefully remove the stone.

Open the side of the date and fill it with half a teaspoon of sunflower seed butter then wrap with a strip of Parma ham.

Repeat with the rest of the dates.
