1 pack Medjool dates
5tsp Meridian sunflower seed butter
1 pack Parma ham
Method
With a sharp knife, slit down the side of each date and carefully remove the stone.
Open the side of the date and fill it with half a teaspoon of sunflower seed butter then wrap with a strip of Parma ham.
